Trainee Manager Retail Requirements & Qualifications
- Education: Matric/Grade 12 is essential. A Degree or Diploma in Retail/Business Management is highly advantageous.
- Experience: Minimum 1 year in a retail environment with exposure to supermarket systems.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office and modern supermarket technologies.
- Expertise: Understanding of OHSA, food hygiene, and merchandising principles.
