Duties: Monitor, analyse and decide moves to make sure fine contract administration. Maintain the register of transversal contracts. Coordinate the development of Service Level Agreements and filling all signed contracts. Monitor and consider contract overall performance in line with the SLA. Monitor Compliance and manage in contract management, coordinate multiplied service delivery. Manage resources of the Division.
