JOB SUMMARY: CPC Supervisor
- Supervision of Cash Processing Center Operations:
- Ensure tellers adhere to cash processing policies and procedures.
- Distribute work evenly to prevent bottlenecks.
- Manage end-to-end workflow efficiently.
- Follow operational and administrative procedures within set guidelines.
- Maintain proper record-keeping of all relevant documents.
- Ensure daily reconciliations are balanced.
Quality Assurance:
- Adhere to legislative requirements and company standards.
- Set and uphold acceptable workplace behavior standards.
- Assist with additional duties as assigned.
- Aid in roster management.
- Monitor and provide feedback on performance.
- Optimize resources to meet operational requirements.
- Manage employee records and address customer queries.
- Verify all cash transactions to identify discrepancies.
People Management:
- Manage overtime and working hours per employment contracts.
- Monitor and boost staff motivation.
