Job Purpose

Key Responsibilities
Key accountabilities concerning this act:
Prepare Customs releases to authorize baggage illustration
Facilitate the release of additional held shipments
Prepare draw sheets to draw baggage
Communicate release facts to Business Units
Facilitate process of baggage removal from States Warehouse
Collection of documents from differing Airlines.
Main exercises concerning this duty:
Print release announcements and confirm veracity
Request VOC’s (Vouchers of Correction) if essential
Arrange reprints if manual release is not taken
Request Waybills and added appropriate documents from Business Units
Submission of documents to appropriate Government organisations
Arrange for inspections of Customs and OGA Stops
Finalise and acquire releases
Sorting of releases into sure classifications
Capture draw sheets
Arrange accompanying Business Unit for States Warehouse Rent outline & check for accuracy
Verify ATA accompanying miscellaneous Airlines
Analyze Acquittal Report for compliance to Customs
Process De-Group RIB’s in CargoWise.
