PickPay is seeking a Shelf Packer who meets the following requirements:
– Minimum Grade 10 education (Grade 12 preferred)
– Proficiency in English communication
– Customer-oriented mindset with positive responsiveness
– Strong communication skills, including active listening and clear articulation
– Ability to prioritize tasks efficiently – Consistent performance at a high standard
– Commitment to self-improvement and adaptability
– Flexibility to work various shifts as needed
– Adherence to packing standards for shelves and bins
– Customer service focus, including product assistance and courteous interactions
– Maintenance of cleanliness and hygiene in the warehouse and on the floor
– Proper handling and storage of stock in compliance with safety procedures, even in cold conditions
