Description of the skill and experience required
The focus for this is providing internal and external client support within the CXT Channels applications:
• Provide day to day support for all CXT Systems and applications (spread between the SA and UK technology stack).
• To perform routine health checks and system availability
• To perform problem identification and root cause analysis
• Work within the Service Management disciplines of Incident, Problem and Event management
• Contacting and engaging with Investec clients, regarding troubleshooting or resolution on client technical queries
• Provide after hours and on-call support (Standby over Weekends and Public holidays)
Experience, skill and capability
• SQL Querying
• Basic OS Knowledge
• Error Log troubleshooting
• ITIL Service Management Practices
