Requirements

Grade 12 / NQF Level 4 Equivalent.
At least 3 age’ knowledge in Warehousing/ Distribution atmosphere.
Diploma in Logistics/ Supply Chain Management will be an benefit.
Working information of NAV will be a positive benefit.
Must be Computer cultured (Microsoft Package).
A readiness to work hard, shifts and weekends when necessary.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Provide legislative support to the Warehouse & Distribution Manager, Snr Supervisors, Supervisors, Sales- and different Depts when and place wanted.
• Document Control – assemble, rewrite, record, file and capture documents.
• Ensure that all CHEP pallets taken and circulated are apprehended constantly.
• Conduct spot-checks on loads chosen and intoxicated to guarantee veracity.
• Liaise and balance the Sales Dept. when and place wanted.
• Obtain Production Plan from Operations Administration.
• Create orders, fill out stowing books, CHEP slips and different Dispatch proof.
• Place orders on the board and reinforce orders in accordance with route preparation.
• Handle the Dispatch crew queries had connection with orders established.
• Coordinate changeovers in admin proof, superior orders and transfer news when and place wanted.
• Ensure correct dossier conquering and restoring of news on surpass and SharePoint.
• Ensure all Reports are offered according to schedule.
• Work out the new result plan as per order taken.
• Ensure that pile balance accompanying the orders.
• Assist accompanying truck stowing as per SOP to guarantee 100% stowing effectiveness.
• Record stowing facts on appropriate calculating sheets & impressed copies when and place wanted.
• Complete all proof correctly and completely – Range: Documents contain, but are not restricted to:
• Customer Service Sheet
• Production Planning – Fresh
• Loading Information Papers
• CHEP Control
• Capture all proof correctly and according to schedule.
• Ensure that all credits are treated correctly in agreements of the SOP.
• Any added assignments as can proper by administration.
