·manage all functions of the kitchen, including food preparation and presentation,
portion and quality control operating equipment, menus, function sheets and guest
service
·maintain the health, hygiene and professional appearance of the kitchen and all who
work in it
·build and maintain a working environment in which staff are fully trained, supportive
of each other and competent
·fulfil guests’ service requirements promptly and with a positive approach
·work as part of a team or individually to deliver high quality standards.
If you have these qualifications, join our team: Matric (NQF 4); numeracy skills; good
verbal and written skills in English; a minimum of three years’ experience in a similar
environment.

restaurant and functions impress guests with the variety and quality of food
and services
·ensure administration is accurate, up to date and strictly in terms of
company procedures
· manage kitchens that are well equipped and strictly adhere to all health and
safety regulations
·produce menus and food of a high international standard
·build a competent and motivated kitchen team through confident and caring
leadership.
If you are a qualified chef with these specific qualifications, join our team: Matric
