Assistant Manager: Acquisition Management

The Finance, Supply Chain Management department has a vacancy of an Assistant Manager: Acquisition Management.
Purpose:
To facilitate the acquisition process in the procurement of goods and services for the CCMA in compliance with Supply Chain Management Policies and Procedures.


Key Performance Areas: –
• Sourcing Process Management
• Bid Process Management
• Supply Chain Management Compliance
• Supplier Performance Monitoring
• Reporting
• Team Supervision


Key Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in SCM, Logistics, or related field with strong supply chain management/ procurement/ sourcing expertise
• At least 5 years’ experience in supply chain management specifically acquisition management, of which 2 years is a supervisory level.
• Strong understanding and commitment to good corporate governance, SCM Regulations and laws, and other regulatory requirements including the PFMA.
• Excellent analytical, problem solving, decision-making abilities and Proficient in data analysis.

Risk Officer

The Governance and Strategy Department, in the National Office has a vacancy for a Risk Officer.


Purpose: To provide support in relation to the implementation of an enterprise-wide risk management system within the CCMA to ensure all risks are identified and mitigated and that value has been added.


Key Performance Areas: –
• Support Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) Implementation
• Conduct risk assessments
• Risk monitoring and reporting
• Insurance profile
• Communication
• Administer the Risk Management System


Key Requirements:
• Appropriate Bachelor’s degree or Equivalent
• 2 to 3 years’ experience in Risk Management
• Membership with the Institute of Risk Management of South Africa (IRMSA) or equivalent professional body will be an added advantage
