Position Description:

Credit Validation Agent

An exciting and challenging position exists within Financial Services TFG for a service driven individual to conduct compliance checks; and validate procedural adherence to the New Accounts applications process and confirmation of proof of income.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Conduct thorough validation checks on Proof of Income Documents
  • Bank Statements
  • Payslips
  • Salary Verification Forms Read More
  • Financial Statements
  • Assessing documents authenticity
  • Verifying affordability calculation
  • Ensuring adherence to internal compliance and National Credit Regulator (NCR) requirements
  • Completing all necessary processes as per Standard Operating Procedures
  • Achieving productivity tartgets

The ideal candidate will need:

  • Matric
  • At least a minim 6 months Contact Centre experience within New Accounts Department
  • Relevant Legislation knowledge (NCA, POPI, CPA, DCA etc)
  • High attention to detail
  • Good communication skills
  • Highly quality focused
  • Ability to work in a stressful environment Able to work flexible hours
  • Able to perform well in a back office admin target driven environment

Preference will be given, but not limited to, candidates from designated groups in terms of the Employment Equity Act.
