REQUIREMENTS

  • Matric certificate plus an LLB degree rated at National Qualification Framework (NQF) Level 8 as
    recognised by South African Qualifications Authority (SAQA).
  • Five (5) years appropriate post qualification and admission experience as a Legal Practitioner at
    a Middle Management level.
  • Five (5) years’ experience in compliance and monitoring in a regulatory environment or any other

KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS
• Develop, execute and assert an active Compliance Monitoring and Enforcement
System.
• Conducting and control the estimates of either a public or private carcass mainly
observes accompanying the supplyings concerning this Act in view of the fact that allure procedures and exercise processes
are worried.
• Drafting and/or Quality assures of pre-evaluation report and agreement estimate
reports.
• Ensure the accumulation of Public and private Bodies’ Reports, in agreements of Section 32 and 83(4)
of PAIA individually. Obtaining a report from all Protector, concerning the number,
character and effect of illnesses handled by all Protector.
• Ensure and control the restore of the PAIA Guide and exercise of forms, Standard
Operating Procedures, Frameworks, Strategies and Policies for favorable listening and
imposition of agreement accompanying PAIA.
• Ensure cautious confinement and current register of records of public material that are as a matter of usual practice
usable, as planned in portion 15 of PAIA, express accompanying PAIA rule 4(3)(a).
• Provide guidance, management and calculated preparation and efficiently and capably survive all

• Ensure that annual reviews of the Compliance Monitoring and Enforcement Framework is
attended.
• Ensure the incident of Annual Compliance Monitoring and Enforcement Plan, in accordance with the
Strategic Plan of the Regulator
