- Establishing and maintaining a sound trade friendship accompanying retailers.
- Ensure that guidelines are retained according to Build it and SPAR requirements what the stores’ concept and guidelines are obedient.
- Facilitate communication and support ‘tween retailers and the Build it Regional Office.
- Compile trade plans, availablefunds forecasts and feasibilities and recommendation retailers accompanying improvement in sell development, worth, and available funds.
- Assist accompanying store openings, re-launches, and store audits through structured store visits.
- Assistance and counseling to retailers accompanying Build it Group projects.
- Analyzing and correctly defining of store efficiency indicators to warn retailers on reconstructing weak operating regions and opportunities in their stores.
- Controlling and claiming an effective presidency plan, containing scheduling, newsgathering, e-grinding, record consistency and docket co-coronation.
- Providing general commission supervisory support, containing stock control, functional and financial newsgathering.
- Liaising accompanying the administration group, trade partners and function performers.
- Organising occurrences/functions, gatherings, scene bookings and travel arrangements.
- Carrying out some plausible tasks wanted by administration (Ad hoc responsibilities).
Minimum requirements
Matric (Grade 12) and right RSA driver’s license and license.
Tertiary ability in trade administration or a similar aptitude.
Five (5) age store administration occurrence in the construction material retail area or accompanying FMCG will be favorable.
Understanding of sell administration accounting and regulatory law.
Sound information of Retail allowable / trade requirements and agreement.
Excellent trade intuition and functional commercial skills.
Advanced calculating abilities:
- MS Office, exceptionally Excel, Word & PowerPoint.
- Knowledge of sell administration operating systems.
- Excellent social attributes accompanying a calm figure accompanying the ability to ideas professionally at executive level.
