Job Summary:

Our company is seeking an experienced and dynamic Area Sales Manager to oversee and manage sales operations in a designated area within the FMCG industry. The Area Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, managing a team of sales representatives, and meeting sales targets in the assigned area.


– Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company sales targets
– Manage and lead a team of sales representatives to drive sales performance
– Train and mentor sales team members to improve their performance and productivity
– Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify opportunities for growth
– Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and customers
– Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to management
– Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to develop new strategies and offerings
– Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Candidate Requirements


– Grade 12 or Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field
– Proven track record of success in sales management, preferably in the FMCG industry
– Strong leadership and communication skills
– Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
– Ability to work independently and as part of a team
– Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
– Willingness to travel within the assigned area

Position Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Field Manager to join our team in the FMCG industry. The Field Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our field team, ensuring that targets are met, and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and marketing, excellent leadership skills, and a proven track record of success in a similar role within the FMCG industry.

Key Responsibilities:
– Manage and supervise the field team to ensure that daily targets are met
– Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and market share
– Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth
– Build and maintain relationships with key retail partners and distributors
