KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS
Preparing Option Agreements, Cession Agreements and Letter of Undertakings, Guild Presentations, and rent correspondings.
Capture hire compromises on the Lease Management System.
Maintaining and administrating the Lease Management System in addition to Lease Repository.
Storing of charter proof connected to the internet and offline (hard and comfortable copies)
Obtain copies of all Non- Head Leases (all store plans)
Ensure non-head sublet recurrence notices are shipped out timeously.
Facilitate the process of mastering sublet documents marked and shipped to Central Office.
Liaison accompanying Central Office release proof
Macro and data processing machine retail study and understanding
