REQUIREMENTS :
An sophomore requirement (NQF level 6) as acknowledged by SAQA in Social Work/ Psychology and recorded accompanying the South African Council for Social Services Professions or Health Professions Council of South Africa;
A minimum of 1 year work experience in strength and wellbeing work atmosphere.

DUTIES :
Key Performance Areas:
Administer and advance the material well-being (wellbeing programmes) of individual members;
Implement and advance the physio- friendly well-being (wellbeing help) of individual clerks;
Promote and implement Work-Life Balance plan;
Conduct and implement Health and Productivity,
HIV/AIDS and TB programmes interferences;
Coordinate and implement Safety, Health,
Environment, and Risk and Quality Management (SHERQ) in the business.
