Minimum Requirements:

  • Matric/Grade 12 Certificate or equivalent. PSIRA Grade A registered.
  • Valid Driver’s License with own reliable transport is required.
  • At least 10 years’ experience in the security industry.
  • At least 5 years’ experience in the Operational Security Management structure.
  • Working information of the Firearm Act and Firearm ability.
  • Staff administration knowledge is necessary.
  • Computer proficiency accompanying expert information of the complete Microsoft bundle.
  • No arrest record or some imminent cases.
  • Sound preparation, administration, social ideas and customer encounter abilities are necessary.
  • Strong guidance and organisational abilities, in addition to good social and ideas abilities, are essential.
  • Knowledge of ISO 9001:2008 Quality Management and allure necessities.

Key Performance Areas: (not completely all-embracing):

  • Maintaining good connections betwixt Fidelity Security Services Group and the Client concerning safety duties performed
  • Managing assigned extents to ensure that permissible necessities are join as guaranteed for one customer
  • Ensuring that all Security Officers on the ground meet the allowable necessities as required apiece Client
  • Constantly judging the duty levels given and making approvals to the Client concerning the bettering of duties
  • General administration and project of safety stick to guarantee that necessary acting is met always
  • Dealing with all necessary presidency matters
  • Liaising routine accompanying administration on miscellaneous functional issues
  • Liaising constantly accompanying Regional Management on differing Operational matters
  • Ensuring that all HR connected queries are handled immediately
  • Formulate corrective conduct
  • Ensuring the appropriate compliance of recruitment forms to the Regional Office.
  • Submitting appropriate newspaper / weekly occurrence and comprehensive reports to Management
  • Investigating incidents and newsgathering on aforementioned
  • Must have sound information of the ISO 9001:2008 Management System.
