Purpose Statement
The purpose of this role is to welcome clients, manage branch queues efficiently, deliver exceptional client service, assist clients at the ATM, and process transactions across various service channels in order to gain the necessary knowledge, skills, and experience for service consulting.
Experience
Minimum:
No prior experience necessary, but candidates must hold a Grade 12 National Certificate.
Ideal:
Some client service experience in a retail, financial, or banking setting

Knowledge
Minimum:
Basic arithmetic skills Ability to interact with people
Clear understanding of personal aspirations, with a drive to learn and succeed.

Familiarity with bank branch operations
Understanding of Capitec Bank products and internal business processes
