Maintain close occupied connections accompanying SPAR KZN Retailers
Advise and assist Retailers accompanying worth by plan application
Advise Retailers on the persuasive use of sell schemes
Analyse retailer’s processes and controls and warn on risk fields
Ensure necessary bureaucratic assignments are acted at retail
Complete whole audits and incident plans at store level
Implement and uphold existent and new structure principles at sell
Attend to and resolve IT calls having connection with fittings and program
Set up, construct, install & support fittings, minor supplies, operating arrangements, networks, and sell computer program in sell stores
Support the general store networks, supplies and program structures
Resolve hardware, spreadsheet and trade convert questions and queries stated through the SGIS Help Desk
Implement and control sell IT projects
Provide preparation to store partner and stick members, formulate consumer preparation manuals place unavoidable
Compile trade functions manuals
Effective ideas accompanying Store Owners, stick, and different partners in order to support wonderful duty, support and advisership
Provide inclusive enumerations of arrangements achieved, to guarantee that IT guidelines are supported and maintained
Compile, implement and drive best operating processes
Minimum necessities
Matric
Degree/Diploma
Project Management / Training Skills Advantageous
Good social abilities
Valid Code 8 driver’s license
High Energy Level and capability to run under time pressure
Good Analytical & Decision-Making Skills
Ability to act change administrationAbility to work alone
Ability to travel long distances and spend time further home
Willing to work part of day after sundown and before sunrise and weekends when wanted
Good ideas abilities (inscribed and spoken)
Comprehensive FMCG sell trade information at a local management level
Excellent information of SPAR Retail Systems
Excellent information of MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Working information of MS attendant and producing publications with computer software plans
At least 2 – 3 age’ happening as a Retail Administrator or field help advocate
Hardware and operating system infrastructure exercise and support abilities
2 to 3 years occupied occurrence on Pastel and or Easy Accounts
