Minimum requirements

• Grade 10 or Standard 8

• ABET Level 3 is advantageous.

• At least 1 year of relevant cleaning experience.

• Basic computer skills

• Basic knowledge of stock stapling

Primary Duties

• Visit and clean all washrooms and shower rooms twice daily to ensure they have sufficient soap, toilet paper, hand rolls, air fresheners and SHE packs.

• Report any illegal activity, damage to buildings, removal of furniture, etc. to your supervisor.

• Clean paved areas around and outside building rooms, workshops, factory rooms, generator rooms, and washrooms.

• Clean and sweep parking platforms and building entrances.

・Please try to clean the entrance and meeting room every day, and maintain the trash can.

• Collect paper and dirt from the ground or garden

• Use cleaning agents as directed.

・Cleaning of handrails and stairs.

・Cleaning the inside of 3m high windows, microwave ovens and refrigerators.

• Wall cladding.

• Clean the door handles with brass.

• Empty and open plan offices.

• Assist with moving furniture upon request.

• Have trash bags available for collection by your service provider.

• Dust off desks, cupboards, chairs and furniture in offices and large rooms.

• Weekly cleaning of roofs, photovoltaic systems and managed parking lots.
