POSITION PURPOSE:
The role involves being a friendly team member who drives sales, reduces stock losses, manages inventory, assists customers, operates the cash register, and upholds a cost-effective approach to achieve business objectives.

Responsibilities
These are the tasks you will be responsible for during your shifts:
- Minimize stock loss by fostering a positive store environment and adhering to security, stock, and cash-handling protocols.
- Implement cost-saving strategies aligned with the company’s culture of efficiency.
- Process transactions at the cash register following company guidelines.
- Collaborate with the dynamic team of Dynamos.
- Uphold health, safety, and cleanliness standards.
- Enhance sales through exceptional customer service, maintaining store standards, managing inventory, executing promotions, and ensuring correct pricing in line with our guidelines.
Requirements To be eligible for this role, you must have:
- Matric qualification
- Clean criminal record
Preferences While meeting the preferences is advantageous, not meeting them will not disqualify you from consideration:
- South African citizenship
- Previous experience as a Sales Assistant or Cashier
- Proficiency in English
- Reside within 15km of the job location
- Computer literacy
- Passion for retail and delivering outstanding customer service
- Display integrity and willingness to exceed expectations
- Ability to plan and organize tasks efficiently
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-pressure retail environment
- Flexibility to work retail hours, including weekends and holidays
