Main Areas of responsibilities

• Oversee all the front and back of the house operations

• Reporting to your manager Read More

• Engaging with customers and employees (review customers responses to develop and implement ways to improve customer service)

• Performing other duties needed in a restaurant and accelerate the process of preparing customers” orders

• Encouraging employees to work efficiently

• Resolve customer complaints in a professional manner

• Monitor employees

• Check if register is signed consistently

• Assist in all areas when needed

• Monitor preparation during store opening and before closing.
• Conduct stocktaking

• Verify incoming and outgoing stock orders

• Have a solid and effective relationship with the store manager

Other Requirements

• Has at least 1-year experience of working as a cashier

• Be computer literate

• A Diploma or Degree in Hospitality field will be an advantage

• Computer literacy skill

• Management skill

Problem-solving skill Qualifications:

• Grade 12 certificate

• Id copy (you will be requested to bring originals during Interview) Updated CV (include at least two valid references of previous employers)

• Police clearance certificate (will be required only from shortlisted candidates)
