  • Knowledge of labour legislation, including POPIA compliance.
  • Strong organisational and administrative skills.
  • Ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks.
  • High level of accuracy when handling data and documentation.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive employee information.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to collaborate with different departments and stakeholders.
