Gauteng Department of Health is hiring for six Staff Nurse positions.

Applicants must have a Grade 12 qualification and be registered with the South African Nursing Council as a Staff Nurse/Enrolled Nurse. They should possess basic communication and writing skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a team. Experience in Medicine and Psychiatry is advantageous.

Responsibilities include providing basic clinical nursing care, developing patient care plans, understanding legal and ethical frameworks, utilizing resources efficiently, maintaining accurate records, and communicating effectively with patients and colleagues. Applicants should be willing to work night shifts and rotate through departments.
