Responsibilities:
• Allocating fee to bookings that doesn’t reflect on restriction whole;
• Correcting bookings on the restriction method place the charges and fees do not concur;
• Assess and process refund requests established the refund procedure;
• Assisting consumer/ passengers two together orally and written concerning fees and refund queries;
• Adhoc responsibilities as wanted
