As part of a Learnership programme, successful candidates will earn a National Certificate in Fast Food Services (NQF Level 3) over a 12-month period.

Responsibilities

• Punctually attend and complete shifts
• Welcome and assist customers
• Take and prepare food orders accurately and efficiently
• Manage multiple orders, ensuring precise preparation
• Adhere to McDonald’s cooking standards
• Clean and maintain restaurant and equipment
• Follow safety protocols for a secure workplace
• Collaborate with colleagues and managers to achieve sales targets
• Monitor stock levels
• Maintain flexibility in working hours
• Embrace training for cleanliness and hygiene standards
• Communicate effectively with team, managers, and customers
• Ensure customer satisfaction and uphold McDonald’s reputation
• Display professionalism and positivity
• Follow instructions and handle new stock carefully

Requirements

• Reside within 15km of the workplace
• Clear criminal record

Preferences Having previous Crew Member experience is advantageous but not mandatory.
