Purpose Statement CAPITEC Bank Better Champion: To greet customers and manage branch traffic by ensuring queues run smoothly, delivering outstanding customer service, aiding customers at the ATM, and helping them finalize transactions using remote or self-service options. This will enable the acquisition of the necessary knowledge, abilities, and expertise for service advisory roles.
