Requirements

Job Description

Customer Service

· Acknowledge all Customers and decide their needs

· Advise Customers right on production

· Assist Customer accompanying some crop queries

· Assist accompanying Customer afflictions convenient

· Add on auctions, like paint v/s paint brushes, thinners, etc.

· Ensure adept Customer service by guaranteeing that Customers purchases are tricky without some delays

· Ensure Customers purchase are tricky painstakingly outside harmful ability or the Customers cab

· Advise Customers on the supplementary duties supported:

· Delivery duty / most deposits

· Glass incisive

· Plan account

· Credit programmes

· Special orders

· Trusses

· Distant organizing

· VIC Customer Programme

· Must be ascertained in Product Knowledge

· Must be feasible in path of maturity

Housekeeping
