The ideal candidates will have a strong commitment to providing exceptional service in the banking sector.
Responsibilities include:
– Greeting clients and managing branch traffic flow efficiently
– Delivering outstanding client service by addressing and surpassing their financial needs (savings, transactions, credit, and insurance)
– Accurately collecting and recording client information for loan approvals and processing deposit/withdrawal transactions in a timely manner
– Maintaining expertise and knowledge to promote Global One in the best interest of the client
– Representing the brand and demonstrating conduct in line with brand standards Minimum
qualifications:
– Grade 12 National Certificate/Vocational
Skills/Knowledge:
– Basic arithmetic skills
– Familiarity with Capitec Bank products and internal business procedures
Competencies:
– Strong communication skills
– Proficiency in computer applications (MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook)
– Interpersonal and relationship management abilities
– Problem-solving skills
– Attention to detail
Additional requirements:
