REQUIREMENTS :
An LLB or 4 period acknowledged permissible ability; Admission as an Attorney;
At least 2 age appropriate post restriction allowable/lawsuit happening;

DUTIES :
Key Performance Areas:
Handle prosecution and appeals in the High Courts, Magistrate’s Court, Labour Courts, Land Claims Court and CCMA, Draft and/or fall all types of concurrences for someone the differing customers;
Render allowable belief and recommendation;
Handle all forms of mediation, containing bury-administrative mediation and liability accumulation. Represent the area entirely matters of compromise actions.
