DUTIES : Provide regulatory and secretarial support to senior administration andauthorized commissioners of the SOCA Unit. Liaise and correspond with seniormanagers inside the NPA and additional appropriate stake owners. Plan, systematize andcoordinate trainings, occurrences, convergences or additional engagements as required by senioradministration or empowered commissioners. Manage facts and guarantee smooth remarkgrinding system for the whole. Provide HR accompanying aids. Provide Financialadministration and operational social work. Prepare agreement,documents, repots, performances, etc. as requested and trained by senior113administration or authorized agents. Prepare notes of meeting of intersections and take actiondeterminations made place inevitable. Make travel and reconciliation plans.Operate commission supplies like fax machines and photocopiers. Making copies andbinding documents. Perform some different duties as wanted apiece senioradministration or authorized official and support inexact policy-making support.
