Administrative Clerk: Communication | Minimum Requirements
- Education: Grade 12 or National Senior Certificate.
- Knowledge Base:
- Foundational understanding of Labour Legislation and Departmental Policies.
- Strong grasp of Batho Pele Principles.
- Basic understanding of media operations and public relations.
- Core Skills:
- Event coordination and data capturing.
- Excellent writing and presentation skills.
- Computer literacy (MS Office suite).
- Ability to operate standard office equipment (photocopiers, etc.).
Administrative Clerk: Communication | Key Performance Areas (Duties)
- Media Support: Provide daily media liaison support services within the Eastern Cape province.
- Stakeholder Relations: Coordinate public relations activities to enhance advocacy initiatives for Labour Centres.
- Marketing: Identify strategic marketing and advertising opportunities for Departmental services.
- Internal Communication: Implement internal communication strategies to ensure staff engagement.
- Administration: Provide accurate administrative support to the office of the Provincial Communications Officer (PCO).
