Knowledge:
Public Service Commission’s rules for handling illnesses and gripes. Public Service Co-ordinating Bargaining Council’s Resolutions. Departmental procedures and processes. Interpretation of precedental law and styles in Labour Law. Planning and systematizing.
Skills:
Problem resolving, Negotiation, Presentation, Good Communication abilities (spoken and inscribed), Research, Analytical, Report literature, Conflict, Computer learning.
DUTIES:
Conduct and analyse all complaints and afflictions taken from attendants in the Department. Draft charges and finalise all misbehavior cases in the Department. Represent the Department comprehensively disputes refer to the General Public Service Sectoral Bargaining Council (GPSSBC) and the Commission for Conciliation, Mediation and Arbitration (CCMA). Conduct backing meetings on utilization accompanying matters to the Department. Provide presidency social work in the division.
